Guaranteed Acceptance

We guarantee your Deed Poll will be accepted by all UK government departments, companies, and organisations. If it's rejected, we'll investigate and try to resolve the issue. If we can't get it accepted, we'll give you a full refund, provided you send us proof of rejection and return all deed poll documents at your own expense (it is recommended you send this using a tracked service). This guarantee doesn't apply if the rejection is due to an error on the deed poll or if it has been altered in any way. This guarantee does not apply if you are a foreign national, the rejection is by a non-UK record holder, the record holder's parental consent requirements haven't been met, your deed poll has not been correctly executed, or if additional documentation is required to prove your name change. It also doesn't cover issues related to dual nationality, technical limitations with entering your name, changes in the record holder's acceptance policy, rejections due to inappropriate or temporary names as per HM Passport Office policy, or if you are deemed to lack mental capacity under the Mental Health Act. A Deed Poll is not meant for changing birth, adoption, marriage, or decree absolute certificates. It also cannot be used to alter past educational certificates, as these documents were accurate at the time of issuance.

Mistakes by us

If we make a rare spelling or typographical error on your deed poll, we'll send you a corrected one the same day you let us know, at no extra charge.

Cancellation rights

You can cancel your order for a full refund up until the point we start preparing your deed poll documents. After that, your order cannot be cancelled as deed polls are personalized items and exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. This is because we start work on your documents right away, as allowed by law. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. If you wish to cancel, please notify us by email or post before we start working on your documents.
